Data stays on your device
Foldlight does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party SDKs or network service.
The app stores observations you choose to record, including the test, your assessment, time, display viewport, screen scale, brightness, hinge status, system version and applicable touch or frame readings. This file stays in the app’s local storage.
Sharing is your choice
The Share report action opens the iOS share sheet. In 1.0.1, Export raw JSON will open the native Files dialog. Nothing is shared or exported until you choose a recipient or destination. The chosen service handles that copy under its own privacy practices. Review the report before sharing.
Removing data
Deleting the app removes its local storage. Offloading can retain documents. Copies you shared and device backups are separate; manage those through their respective services and Apple settings.
Support
If you email support, your email provider transmits the message and the developer receives the information you include, solely to answer your request. Do not include sensitive information.
